Archery Expands and Evolves in 2017
/After a very successful 2016, the WSC archery effort in 2017 will evolve from a working proof-of-concept into a solid, sustainable program. This year members will enjoy a more detailed archery schedule, enhanced facilities, and more loaner equipment for those new to the sport.

/There's still time to catch up so we'll just need to be optimistic and, hopefully, it doesn't get too warm too fast and the rains return. But right now streams are lower than we have been used to seeing this time of year for several years now and low, clear, cold, water can be tough to fish when the trout are spooky on top of being apt to take your flies slower and softer when water temps are in the high 30's and low 40's.

/Two fly-tying classes will be offered this winter and spring by the Wintergreen Sporting Club. One is a beginner’s class, starting on Feb. 12th for those with little or no experience tying.
