Trout pond update
At the club meeting on Saturday it was noted that the trout were not paying much attention to those coming to fish. Did that change in two days? Maybe. Andy Burdersky sent in the photo here and reported that he caught four trout on Monday, all on #16 nymphs. "I kept the smallest, a 14-incher, one was almost 19 inches," he noted.
This all-volunteer Wintergreen group is focused on biking, shooting, archery, hiking, boating, and fishing in and around Nelson County, Va.
Wintergreen Sporting Club membership ($25 a year per person) is limited to Wintergreen property owners and their adult family members. Memberships are also available for local residents not owning Wintergreen property if they are sponsored by a Wintergreen property-owning WSC member. Join here
