Bike Ride on the C&O Canal Towpath
If you like a nice, leafy trail ride, along with some scenic views of the Potomac River, and lots of nearby history (think Antietam and Harper's Ferry), join us on Sept. 23rd.
Biking: High Bridge Trail near Farmville
High Bridge Trail is 31 miles long and ideally suited for hiking, bicycling and horseback riding. Once a rail bed, the trail is wide, level and generally flat. Its finely crushed limestone surface and dimensions make it easy to enjoy.
Kayaking on Lake Monocan
The boating group of the Wintergreen Sporting Club is doing its first flat-water event of 2019 with Wintergreen Adaptive Sports and all WSC members are invited.
First Stoney Creek Ladies Ride
This ride will be in the Stoney Creek West, Wood Nettle and Cedar Meadow areas. It won’t be too long, and not too short, but just right. And, afterward, there’ll be time to talk about the desirability of fixing a date and time for future rides. More details HERE
